In recent days, the flood disaster in central Vietnam has claimed 54 dies, left 9 missing and injured 49 others. In addition, monetary losses are estimated at more than 7500 billion VND from the destruction that the flood has caused. Comprehending this hard situation, AA Corporation asked all staff to raise an internal charitable fund for people in the central region that have been affected by the flood. The Board of Management in AA Corporation has also supported the music program “Thuong ve mien Trung” which was organized by the HCMC Red Cross and HCMC Television Station. In this program, the audiences were able to see actual footage detailing the devastated region after the flood. The program collected over 4 billion VND, which will be donated to victims of the flood. Participating in “Thuong ve mien Trung”, AA Corporation would like to be one of the many HCMC donors providing aid for people in Central Vietnam so that they can overcome difficulties and rebuild their life.
