The first introduction to AA Corporation for all new employees in 2009 was organized by the Human Resource Department on April 2, 2009. In first quarter of 2009, AA Corporation has 37 newcomers that have recently joined our company and are working in various departments within the organization.The introduction aims at helping all newcomers better understand the following:
- The history and vision of AA Corporation.
- The organization chart, operational procedures and internal reporting within AA Corporation.
Introduction of both ISO procedures and the SAP operating system.
- The company culture and values that are promoted within AA Corporation.
Overall the presentation was a successful event and helped to confirm the commitment of both the new employees and AA Corporation, towards a long-term working agreement.
