On 3rd April , 2008, AA Corporation together with Global CyberSoft Company, officially launched its SAP-ERP project at Legend Hotel (called AASAP project). The AASAP project consists of 4 key ERP system modules that will help to support production, purchasing & material management, sales & distribution and accounting & finance.
Coming to attend the ceremony was the Consul General for Malaysia Mr. Khairi Omar and the Economic Officer for the United States Consulate, Mr. Douglas Sonnek. These esteemed guest were joined by other representatives from various companies, associations and media organizations.
AA Corporation chairman, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh emphasized that this is one of the highest priority projects for AA in 2008, with the aim to “Be the leading professional company in Vietnam to provide international standard furniture and interior decoration services”. This is yet another example of AA Coporation’s committment to always satisfy our customers with professional services and unique high quality interior products.
One of the main purposes to launch the SAP system is to ensure that AA Corporation serves all customers in a more professional manner. With the new wave of globalization hitting Vietnam, we must look to adopt international standards in our daily operation. The goal of this process is to create constant improvements in all companies and departments within AA. This fits perfectly with our long term strategy of continuous brand development and improvement in AA Corporation. For these reasons we have decided to choose the SAP ERP system to improve our business. SAP ERP is currently a leading supporter of best management
methodology, which is also utilized by many multi national conglomerates worldwide.
Just like the challenges of the solution software selection process, choosing a consultant partner is also very important and a critical factor to the success of the project. Finally after months of investigation we have selected Global Cybersoft to provide development consultation for the implemenation of SAP. Global Cybersoft is currently one of the biggest software companies in Vietnam and has worked with numerous organizations to implement SAP.
However, innovation and improvement through the SAP ERP project can be quite difficult due to the fact that AA corporation is beginning a process that most of its employees have never experienced before. Especially in Vietnam!! Because of this, the Board of directorsd, project team members, the representatives of employees of AA Corporation and representative of SAP and Global SyberSoft company have committed their full support and concentration to ensure the success of this project.
