During the last quarter of 2010, AA Corporation has finalized our plan to install sufficient back-up power generators to continue running our entire 65,000m2 production facility in Long An Province in the event of any power outage. The State Electric Company of Vietnam (EVN) predicts major power shortages to continue in Vietnam throughout early 2011. Vietnam has experienced industrial and residential demand growth far higher than construction of new supply. Furthermore, Vietnam heavily relies on hydropower which this year will suffer due to low water levels in all reservoirs throughout the country. AA Corporation has invested substantial funds into this backup power system so that we can maintain our commitment to on-time delivery of products from our factory regardless of nation-wide power shortages in early 2011.
