Among the projects are restaurants, four to five star resorts, high-class apartments, villas, offices and entertainment areas.
Since 1999, AA has exported decoration articles for interior decoration of two restaurants each year on average following the turn-key form. There are six restaurants of this kind in Thailand .
Drawing experience in building Vietnamese-style interior decoration projects overseas, AA has tried to provide better services for Vietnamese customers including several famous restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City like Nam Phan, Nam Kha and Au Manoir De Khai.
In addition, AA sells interior furniture such as bedroom sets under AA Deco and Art Vision trademarks. A series of Nha Xinh stores have been opened in Ho Chi Minh City , Hanoi and Da Nang that have created a new face for high-class interior market. Nha Xinh was listed among Vietnamese high-quality products in 2002-2003 and won the Sao Vang Dat Viet (Vietnamese Gold Star) prize in 2003.
AA's major foreign markets are Japan , the US and Europe that are very demanding and competitive. To improve competitiveness, AA has applied modern production techniques and regularly launched training courses to improve work skills.
Asked about AA's development plan in the near future, AA general director and Ho Chi Minh City Wood Industry Association secretary, Nguyen Quoc Khanh, says: "As a direct importer of Swedish wood in the past many years, AA has created good relationship with Sweden . One of the corporate projects between the Sweden Consulate and Hawa that AA involves is to open a testing center for wood products in Vietnam . This is a big plan for AA this year."
If the plans are realized, they will strengthen AA and allow it to grow into a large construction and architecture corporation in the near future.
