The Grand Opening of the AA Corporation's newly built Export Factory will be held in May 10th 2005 in Duc Hoa Industrial Zone, Long An province.

The Export Factory covering an area of nearly 20,000m2 has been built inside the AA's production area. The Export Factory is to manufacture furniture exclusively for export to the US market. The total investment including plant, equipment and other infrastructure is up to USD 1,410,000.

With regard to the improving opportunity for the general Vietnamese wood industry to enter the US market, AA has decided to grasp this opportunity to expand its markets by investing in a new factory to manufacture furniture exclusively for US market. Specifically, we aim to streamline our production lines and improve workers' skills which result in higher in-time delivery and higher quality. This is to meet strict requirements of the US market.

At present, the main customer of the Export Factory is Ferguson Copeland – one of the leading furniture traders in the US . The Export Factory aims to reach the maximum capacity of 40 containers per month.
